The Knee to Chest Stretch focuses on the back pain of muscles and gives good stretch and strength. Regular knee to chest stretch exercise helps reduce muscle soreness, postural issues and joint pain. Here we are presenting two exercises.
- Lie on your back and legs out straight in front of you.
- Pull your right knee with both hands towards your chest whereas other at its normal position.
- Hold that position at least 15-20 seconds.
- Come back to your normal position and relax.
- Switch legs and repeat this activity.
- Repeat this exercise 3 to 5 times at least.
