Anterior Deltoids or Reverse Shoulder Stretch

It is simple shoulder exercise that can increase motion of shoulder and make you active. In generally it expands the shoulder muscles both sides. It gives a great pain relief at shoulder and make your arm movement easy and flexible.
Anterior Deltoids or Reverse Shoulder Stretch


Steps:
1.       Stand free straight.
2.       Move both hands at your back and keep in mind try straight arms.
3.       Grip firmly left hand wrist with your right hand.
4.       Now pull wrist upward as much as you can; your upper body will move downward a bit.
5.       Hold that position at least 15-20 seconds.
6.       Return back to your normal position and relax.
7.       Switch hands and repeat exercise.
