Hip Glutch Stretch: Shape your Buttocks



This exercise is really good for those who want to shape up their Buttocks and strengthening thighs. Mostly ladies like to workout on their buttocks so that they look well shaped and charming. · Exercise is very simple lie on your back on floor or flat mattress.
· Bent your left knee
· Cross your right leg on your left knee
· Hold your left thigh by both hands gripping firmly.
· Slowly pull towards your chest.
· At max flexibility hold your position for 15-20 seconds.
· Then come back to your normal position and relax.
· Repeat this 3 to 5 times.
· Switch legs for both leg stretch.
