What Is Fitness?



Whenever we talk about Physical Exercise; One question always rise in our minds
Its important to start anything with clear vision and complete understanding. It is very famous line by someone "Healthy Body Has A Healthy Mind". A healthy mind can think better and implement your body energies in a better manner. So we are here to explain this term in detail.
I must define fitness as "An ability to perform a cyclic movement with consistent force by combination of energetic muscle units."
In other words Fitness refers to "Wellness" of body like:
Wrong Perception:
A fit body never considered as Muscular or Well Shape Body. A normal fit body looks smart, healthy, happy and energetic whereas well shaped or muscular body is an added benefit.
Some people take their work as exercise. But one thing we should remember that when we are working; we are mentally occupied and under stress. Exercise is an activity in which we concentrate on our moves with free & relaxed mind.
Extensive walk or climbing stairs at job does work on physical body but doesn't effect on our mind.
How to Achieve Fitness:
Nothing is impossible once you aim to be fit in short time. There are very simple steps you have to follow with determination. Steps are simple & achievable.
