In our routine life whenever we do any physical activity for shorter period we feel fast breathing, tiny muscle pain, joint make sound, feel tiredness and uncomfortable movement of body units. Such symptoms clearly reflect weak body. If the same activity is done regularly then an individual feels good, active, fresh and live. Let’s come to the point:

§  Strong & fast memory
Exercise causes person to feel good, peaceful and control on depression. You can sleep better; with all these effects the body feel relaxed and the mind thinks better and memorize well each and everything. Exercise actually divert person’s mind from other routine life activities and gives sense of pride.
§  Enhance reaction time
Exercise makes your body strong and enhances your response system. You can react to events or activities more actively with sharp reflexes. It can be said exercise is booster of reflex system.

A regular exercise increases joint lubrication and range of joint motion. It enhances flexibility of body units. Stretching exercises can make your body flexible.
§  Strong feet grip (balance)
A healthy person can be judged from his/her feet grip. If you have good balance and strong grip, people really appreciate. A person feels confident and can face anybody with great energy.

In hard times like in aged persons (especially in old women) bones get weaker and weaker. But if you have strong bones at early age then these bones really thank full to you at older age. Bones can be strengthening by weight lifting, running, jumping or walking.
§  Lose weight
Excess weight reduces the charm of personality, flexibility and hard activities. To achieve this goal you have to exercise regularly. Control your Castrol and burn your extra calories and look smart healthy and fit to live long life.
