Spinal Twist Increase Blood Circulation & Digestion



This is superb exercise to increase your elasticity and flexibility. It controls your lower back bone pain. The exercise is really good for those who are facing digestion problem. Now they don’t waste their time to doctors; just practice regularly this activity and feel the difference.
Steps:
1. Lie on the floor with knee bent and arms stretch, palms up or down.
2. There should no gap between knees and feet.
3. Gently and slowly lower your knees to right side close to the floor.
4. Make sure knees and feet should be kept together.
5. Hold that position at least 10 to 15 seconds.
6. Slowly return back and relax.
7. Switch to left lower and repeat exercise.
