Standing Side Stretch Excellent For Flexibility



This is very general and easy exercise for any age group. You can do it at any time, any place. It is very simple stretch exercise that controls the stiffness of abdominal muscles. You feel fresh and active.
Steps:
1. Stand straight tall, at least one feet gap between feet.
2. Put your right hand at your hip for support.
3. Raise your left hand above your head and palm facing towards right shoulder.
4. Lean your torso slightly to right until you feel stretch at right side.
5. Hold that position at least 10 to 15 seconds.
6. Slowly return back and relax.
7. Switch arms and repeat exercise.
