This exercise is comprised of gentle movements of support muscles of lower back and abdominals. It’s good for those who want to relief their lower back pain. This activity gives a gentle massage and feels you good. This is the easiest stretch exercise even pregnant ladies can do to achieve maximum back pain relief.
Steps:
1. Lie on back on the floor with knee bent and flatten feet.
2. Take a deep breath, exhale as much your back totally flatten against the floor without gap.
3. While exhaling doesn’t push your feet just focus on your back using your abs.
4. Hold that position for 10 to 15 seconds and relax.
5. Repeat this exercise
