It is simple shoulder exercise that can increase motion of shoulder. In generally it expands the shoulder muscles both sides. It gives a great pain relief at shoulder and make your arm movement easy and flexible. This exercise is really beneficial for swimmers, golf players, cricket, hockey etc. If you want strong shoulders then don't waste time here and there.
Steps:
1. Stand free straight.
2. Move slowly your both arms in a circular motion anticlockwise.
3. At the end of the circle stop and relax.
4. Repeat exercise at least 5-10 times.
5. After some relaxation repeat exercise clockwise.
